Cliché Cylinders

A cliché cylinder is a rotating printing plate used in rotary pad printing machines, especially for high-speed or continuous printing applications like closure caps, pens, syringes, and cosmetics. Instead of a flat plate, the design is etched or laser-engraved by Markolaser onto the curved surface of the cylinder.

These cylinders can be made from steel for durability or ceramic for superior resistance to wear and chemicals. The cylinder rotates during the printing process, allowing for precise, seamless, and fast decoration of cylindrical or curved objects.
